There are six Departments at ITK working to represent the Inuit of Canada. As the national Inuit organization we compile statistics about Inuit across Canada in the Health and Socio-economic Development Departments. We monitor the state of the Arctic Environment, and we keep tabs on legal issues relating to Inuit. As an Association, Communications plays a large role in what we do. And, we are a non-profit organization with charitable status, as you will discover in our Fund Development Department.
